The Kedarnath Dham will open for pilgrims on April 25, 2023. The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has confirmed that it will soon begin the online booking of helicopter service to the shrine. The facility will be made available on the IRCTC official website, reports said.
Before booking chopper seats, there is a mandatory registration for the pilgrims that can be completed via 'Tourist Care Uttarakhand App' and the WhatsApp service of the state tourism development department. It was reported earlier this month that over two lakh devotees have registered themselves for the Char Dham Yatra.
